Ballyhoo PR to deliver social media workshops as part of council contract
Ballyhoo PR is working with trusted partner Building Business Consultancy to deliver social media workshops to retailers in North Northamptonshire.
The workshops will be free to attend as they are being funded as part of the North Northamptonshire Council’s NN Future Retail Programme.
Emma Speirs will deliver two online workshops, one in February and one in March, to help retailers to use their social media platforms to grow their followings and increase footfall to their stores and traffic to their ecommerce websites.
The workshops will cover:
- Social media audit – where are you at right now?
- Which platforms are right for you and your business?
- Content creation – what should you post?
- Managing customer service and reputation through social media
- Measuring your results
- Making life easier – outsourcing, tools and tips
At the end of the workshop participants will takeaway:
- Content ideas
- Tools, tips and tricks to try
- A defined target audience and where to find them
The workshops will take place over Zoom from 10am to 12pm on Wednesday 16th February and Wednesday 16th March.
